I’m Landon, a disciple of Christ (Jn. 8:31), adopted into the family of God (Rom. 8:15), and called to make His name great among the nations (Mal. 1:11).
I am currently a student at Auburn University and a member of First Baptist Church of Opelika. Scripture teaches that we as believers are to “Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations” (Mat. 28:19). This is the mission I’ve devoted my life to, and my hope is to encourage you to join in that same pursuit.
Following Jesus comes at a cost. We surrender all that we are to all that He is. Yet it is worth everything, because our God is not only worthy of our worship, but of all worship. That’s why we proclaim His name both to our neighbors and to the nations, until all people know Him.
This is a place for my supporters to come and see the work that the Lord is doing among the nations.
Over Christmas Break I will be joining First Baptist Church of Opelika's winter team going to Port St. Joe, Florida. We will spend a week in Port St. Joe, Florida, serving the local community through hands-on projects, outreach, and building meaningful relationships. For the past several years, our church has been sending both winter and summer teams to serve alongside our partners at Windmark Church.
Join in the mission by supporting me and our missionary team where will we be bringing the gospel of Jesus to an extremely unreached city in North Africa. The city we will be working in is less than 0.1% Christian. Our team will be there to experience what long-term missionary life is like, we will be doing broad Gospel seed sowing in a city where very few have heard the Good News of Jesus, and we will be helping and encouraging our long-term workers in their day-to-day ministries.
I am currently raising support and inviting others to partner with me in this mission through both giving and prayer. If you feel led and able, there is a place on this website where you can give to help send our team to this unreached area. If financial support isn’t possible, that’s completely okay—your prayers are just as valuable. You can share your prayers with me directly through the prayer tab on this site. My team and I are deeply grateful and encouraged by every prayer lifted up, whether you send them to us or pray them on your own.
“How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: ‘How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!’"
Romans 10:14-15
